“Found “plumbing correct” via checkatrader after realising that my uncle who has learning disability needed to have the toilet cistern equipment changed as it was totally broken and despite living in a care home it had not been repaired. The service provided by Plumbing correct was excellent and very professional. The very kind plumber “Macauley” sorry if I got the name wrong was very responsive, got the parts that were needed and came to the job within 1.30hr as state he would. I was so stressed but he was so helpful that his words reassured me. I just cannot thank him enough for coming out at short notice especially as it was late evening. Thank you thank you thank you. I will definitely be saving your number for future. See old broken blue part and white new part ”

“I contacted McCauley on 27th December expecting to wait several days for a call out, however, he was there within the hour and resolved the blocked drains very quickly. His fees are fair and reasonable. This is the second time I’ve used his services and both times he has been reliable, punctual and professional. “Two pieces of work were done: flushing toilet that required syphon replacement and stopping dripping mains. My availability was well accommodated and I was kept informed about arrival time.
